    I am working on a nuclear project, mainly two parts End Fitting and Shield Plug. I always stay updated with the process operation from its start, during, and until the end. I meet with the QC Inspectors/Operators for any necessary corrections. I Attend meetings with the high officials for Quality improvement, Quality control and bring up new ideas for the ongoing process. I Keep records of the process and document it for auditing.

    Well starting was hard until I got into the flow and learned the techniques and methods to fit into the culture. The job is challenging but not impossible. Basically I need to perform quality checks to make sure the services meet the ISO standards and the customers’ requirements.

    The time management skills, the pressure and effort you put in to finish your task on time is most rewarding.

    The mental stress you get if you are not prepared in the morning, the link towards next step will be effected and then you have to a make plan to overcome that stress.

The Quality Engineering Management Ontario Graduate Certificate program provides individuals with the knowledge and techniques to improve the delivery and quality of goods and services. The focus of the program is the achievement of performance excellence in manufacturing and business processes through the use of modern quality improvement methods.

On completion of the program, the graduate will be able to contribute to the role of creating value in an organization and will be able to apply modern quality techniques and procedures to solve problems and enhance the quality of goods and services, to eliminate waste and improve value to the end customer.

The principles examined in this program are applied to a wide variety of industries. It includes skills training that recognizes the needs of the traditional manufacturing base, and also provides the proficiencies demanded by many technology-focused industries.
